Amazing experience from start to finish
We already owned a vacation home and were finding the cost and maintenance too cumbersome. Then a great opportunity came up in Saint Helena and it was perfect. It's been wonderful to actually connect more with friends and family — our daughter even does summer camps in the area. There's a whole team taking care of things: the home is clean and maintained, the electric and internet bills are paid. But we still own an asset that's growing in value and we get to use it at the same time. Everything is transparent, either in the app or from our property manager. The customer service has been five-star.

Owning a quarter share in Palm Desert
My husband and I own a quarter share and I can't say enough positive things. We also own a timeshare here, which we enjoy, but that experience feels more corporate and less personal — all the units are the same, no home manager, no storage. This is so different. The management team is incredibly responsive and the home truly feels like our own. When we walk in, it's perfectly clean and the furnishings are spectacular. We live on the East Coast, so being quarter owners is ideal. Friends and family are awestruck — one guest said it was the best sleep they'd had in years.

I'd been going to Tahoe once or twice a ski season, renting with my brother and his family. A vacation home sounded great but felt like a hassle. This model solves a lot of that. Scheduling is one of the best parts — the app is terrific, and as a UX designer I appreciate the built-in features. I get most of the dates I want, sharing home info with guests is easy, and swapping dates worked out for us too. Having a home manager — that white-glove approach — is terrific. It's not only a beautiful home, it's a gravitational pull that brings friends and family together.

It's the full package for us
I've spent a good deal of time explaining co-ownership to people and they all use the same word: no-brainer. We wanted to bring friends and family somewhere they could vacation too. It's not until I take friends and family there that they truly appreciate the whole experience and value proposition. The house is put together in a way a lot of designers don't manage. Full-service, turnkey vacation home
The quality bar is high. Our house is mostly Restoration Hardware furniture and it has the feeling of a five-star hotel. We love that it's accessible for us, our families, parents and friends. One of the perks is clubhouse access with gyms and pools, plus special amenities at the ski resort. Because of this, we've finally been able to have family reunions we'd been trying to calendar for years, and bring new friend groups together.

Is this really real?
