Is co-ownership the same as a timeshare?
No. A timeshare sells you time; co-ownership sells you the home. You hold real deeded equity in a property-specific LLC, and that stake can appreciate, be financed, gifted or sold.
How much time do I actually get each year?
A 1/8 share generally translates to roughly 44 nights a year, booked through a scheduling system designed so peak dates rotate fairly between owners — no first-come chaos.
What do the ongoing costs look like?
Your share of taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance and professional management is pooled into one predictable monthly amount — typically a fraction of what the same home costs a sole owner.
Can I sell my share later?
Yes. You set your own price and can list your share after an initial holding period. We help you prepare, price and market it, and we stay involved through the handover.
