2. What our service is

Luxury Share Homes is an independent advisory service. We help buyers understand luxury co-ownership, shortlist homes and connect with co-ownership partners, home providers and lenders. We are not the seller of the homes shown on this site and we do not hold or handle purchase funds.

Our advisory service is free to buyers. Where a purchase completes, we may be compensated by a partner. That relationship never changes our obligation to give you an honest assessment, including telling you when co-ownership is not right for you.

3. Affiliate, agency and referral disclosure

Our team includes a licensed real estate professional who is an affiliate of, and works with, Pacaso. Some homes and links on this site relate to homes offered through Pacaso or other partners, and links to partner sites may be referral or affiliate links.

If you enquire or purchase through us, we may receive a referral fee or commission from the partner. This does not increase the price you pay. We disclose it so you can weigh our recommendations accordingly.

Luxury Share Homes is a separate business from Pacaso and from any other partner named on this site. We are not Pacaso, we do not act as its spokesperson, and we cannot bind any partner. Partner homes, contracts, ownership documents, scheduling systems and services are governed by that partner's own terms and privacy policy, which you should read before you buy.

4. Enquiries and how your details are used

When you submit an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text and that we may pass your details to a co-ownership partner (including Pacaso) or a lender so your enquiry can be progressed. 5. Listings and information

Homes, prices, share availability, monthly costs, nights of use and destinations shown on this site are illustrative and can change without notice. Availability is confirmed only by the relevant partner at the time of purchase.

Figures such as historic appreciation, typical nights per share or example running costs are estimates for illustration only. They are not a forecast, a guarantee or a promise of any particular outcome.

6. No investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a security. Real estate values can fall as well as rise. Before purchasing, review the ownership documents and take advice from your own attorney, accountant or tax adviser.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information when you contact us, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or copy its content for a competing service.

The Luxury Share Homes name, logo, written content, layout and imagery on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Owner testimonials and review screenshots are reproduced with the reviewer's platform attribution and are lightly edited only for length and privacy. Third-party names and marks referenced remain the property of their owners and their use does not imply endorsement.
